As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for influencing product development and leading go-to-market (GTM) as part of the MetaWorks Product Marketing Team. You will bring a combination of strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, software product launch experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or relevant work experience.

4+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field

Combination of strategic experiences and hands-on tactical execution

Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy

Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment

Description(岗位职责)

Lead the go-to-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the GTM strategy of enterprise SaaS software experiences. Be the single point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership

Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our portfolio strategy over a multi-year time horizon

Define product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for software experiences across MetaWorks programs

Lead market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the B2B customer point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of enterprise SaaS experiences

Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in user insights and market dynamics

Design tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven mindset with cross-functional teams

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

MBA or equivalent experience

Experience in product marketing, developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams

Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS

Domain knowledge in VR, and/or collaboration, productivity software experiences

Good communication skills
