The Sales Operations Core Solutions team of Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced and motivated Solutions Architect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and deploying cutting-edge sales tools and systems to support critical sales capabilities and drive business success.
The primary objective of this position is to enable the Metaworks commercial sales and channel partner teams with the core capabilities to perform, meet customer and partner requirements and grow the business. This role is responsible for the efficient development and maintenance of technical solutions, tooling, and platforms used daily by client-facing teams to drive business success. Improving productivity of internal teams, increasing operating efficiency, powering data-driven insights while meeting all compliance requirements is a key focus of this role. In addition to enabling productivity improvements, these systems form a key part of the business decision-making processes by providing the fundamental records of the business.
The Solutions Architect will partner with a wide range of cross-functional teams such as business stakeholders, program managers and engineering teams throughout the development life cycle. In this technical role, the Solutions Architect will apply their core skill set and experiences to define scalable solutions partnering with internal engineering, data analytics, data engineering teams, and external technology vendors to drive impactful results. The Solutions Architect is additionally responsible for ensuring an effective maintenance protocol is in place for completed solutions. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with complex tools and large distributed data sets.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about Meta and the emerging industry of AR/VR and have experience in an Enterprise sales environment. The candidate will have a proven track record of complex technical program management and building systems to scale businesses in a fast-paced environment. They will be a strategic thinker who can drive results quickly and make effective trade-offs.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar discipline)
8+ years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations
Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, SQL
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Experience leading complex technical programs from initiation to completion. Clear communication skills across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights, aligned with the evolving needs of our growing business.
Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, driving effective prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals.
Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity.
Design operational and maintenance processes, ensuring ongoing support, further development, and comprehensive documentation for all solutions.
Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and building complex solutions, with a focus on Salesforce, particularly using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills individually and in group settings, with a deep understanding of business drivers.
