We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development and Strategy Leader to join our Reality Labs Partnerships team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and executing the business strategy for Meta's cutting-edge technology products and services.
In this role, you are an experienced BD team leader that can manage a team of diverse BD and partnership managers to deliver on partnership opportunities and negotiate complex deals that accelerate the growth of Smart Glasses and Wearables roadmap within Reality Labs. This position requires high levels of creativity, strategic thinking, and troubleshooting as you will be leading deals that include a complex array of terms, while working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal teams to identify potential solutions. This is a global role with teams that span across the US and Europe. You will be required to travel both for external and internal meetings to support your partners and the team.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
BA or BS Degree
15+ years of work experience in product/platform, partnership or technical experience in consumer technology and mobile focused companies, including 10+ years of partner facing experience
Description(岗位职责)
Manage a large and complex partnership to land deals for future products that enables RL’s future roadmap
Define, negotiate, and close complex product, distribution, marketing, brand, and technology agreements with a large global partner and multiple other partners
Drive complex deals to resolution through both internal and external communications
Drive escalations to internal alignment
Craft documents that frame a deal / partnership issue and drive to completion
Represent Meta in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally
Span various product areas across Meta and strike deals that provide the best outcome across Meta
Lead a BD team of diverse product partnership managers to deliver on complex deals
Work cross-functionally with product management, product marketing, legal, finance, and engineering teams to negotiate deal terms and advocate internally on behalf of partners
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
MBA, JD or Masters’ Degree preferred
Experience with defining, developing and driving large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Proven experience in CE ecosystems and managing large partnership engagements with structuring and negotiating the business, technology and legal aspects
Global executive experience and experiencing leading global partnerships and global partnerships
Direct experience working cross-functionally with large product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, from individual contributors to executives
Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience developing strong working relationships inside and outside Meta
Tech-savvy and product curious
