Our XR Tech organization in Zurich is focused on research and development of machine perception technologies from early concepts to production level across all of Meta’s RL products and surfaces including AR/VR products and Family of Apps (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp). We develop core capabilities across a range of product domains including mixed reality, scene and object understanding, world-scale mapping, avatars, AR/VR remote presence / calling, digital fashion, AR Sharing, and more.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
PhD degree in the field of Image Processing, Color Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field/ Or equivalent industry experience with Master's Degree
Knowledge of image processing techniques, ISP blocks and mainstream computational photography algorithms for mobile camera product
Experience designing experimental methods and extracting data to answer complex questions
Experience developing simple automation/script/tools to assist camera development process
Interpersonal skills: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
Description（岗位职责）
Research and develop the best methodologies to tune image pipeline for camera systems
Conduct subjective and objective IQ studies to assist research and develop of project
Design and develop tools, metrics and workflow to improve the camera tuning process
Report IQ deliverables to cross-functional teams, while reviewing and contributing to overall camera design
Experience in designing experimental methods and extracting data to answer complex questions
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience in MR perceptual evaluation, AR/MR system design & development
Experience driving cross functional partnerships for AR/MR/VR product development and defining architectural design for future products
