Meta is seeking an experienced, self-starting product designer with passion for systems design, experience architecture, product thinking, and exceptional craft to help shape the future of human connection and communication. We’re looking for someone able to lead, create and deliver a great experience across a wider product ecosystem of services with high quality and usability. You will be expected to take a critical role in defining, communicating and supporting both the strategy and product direction as well as maintain alignment between teams, functions and partner organization. This role requires both vertical and horizontal collaboration and leadership with product teams and across Reality Labs.
With communications and social features of our platform being a key element of our metaverse strategy, the team is making key changes to the People and Groups feature to create a product and solutions that serve multiple use cases, verticals and is scalable to a cross-platform experience. You are expected to impact our mobile solutions as well as in the headset and to collaborate closely with the Core Product and System UX teams, including our Design Systems team.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
8+ years’ experience working in product/tech companies as a lead or principal level designer
12+ years of interaction design experience with knowledge defining and evangelizing how an experience should behave based on understanding people’s needs, plus consideration of how this innovation will scale and examples of the use of appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular interaction will work.
12+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
Experience handling complex and connected systems or features
Experience representing work to senior executives, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.

Define and develop the product vision
Lead cross-platform efforts for our communications features
Define best-in-class communications platform for Spatial Computing in Quest
Work closely with cross functional teams and Quest OS to integrate features E2E
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Spatial design experience (XR)
Prototyping and experience working with 3D tools (Unity, Cinema4D, etc.)
