We are looking for an Art Producer. This hire will have a sharp creative eye and be a creative thinker and problem solver. They will be responsible for ensuring all content produced meets the highest quality production value and produced in the most efficient manner. They are up-to-date with current industry policies, procedures and standards. This includes but is not limited to photography, CGI render, and illustration. They are able to clearly communicate, negotiate and present workable solutions for any number of production questions or obstacles. This hire must have pre-existing relationships with photographers, artists, representatives, post houses and vendors within the production field.

Qualifications（岗位要求）

8+ years professional experience in production as a Producer

Experience working directly in the technology category, whether in an agency, brand marketing, production vendor or start-up environment

Proven track record of repeatedly delivering meaningful results or multiple large-scale systems that have demonstrably impacted a brand’s trajectory

Experience working with photography, production and post-production vendors

Experience managing a workload of 1 large-scale projects or up to 3 medium-scale projects

Description（岗位职责）

Point of contact for production of all photography, CGI render, and illustration for Marketing

Oversee budget forecasting, resourcing, actualization and spend allocation at project level

Ensure photography production, 2D CGI render development, and creative retouching content meets high quality production value

Effectively sources artists for projects and negotiates production rates for the greatest value

Maintains tight control of project budgets and deadlines and ensures financial administration is of a high standard and managed in a timely manner

Collaborates with Creatives to successfully recommend artistic and photographic talent aligned with their creative vision

Engages and clearly communicates with Vendors (artists/agents/production) to ensure a high quality of artwork is produced timely and cost effectively

Keeps abreast of creative talent (photographer/artists), the latest technological developments, trends and techniques in the art world

Effectively collaborates with Business Affairs, IRL/D&I, and Legal to ensure materials are acceptable for final delivery and to secure usage rights for talent, art, and third party copyrights & trademarks

Oversee print production, including pre-press retouching and mechanical building

Ensure digital OOH production, including animation, and live video asset production meets high quality production standards

Leverage existing relationships or create new ones with other Facebook teams in order to ensure production goals and delivery, including cross-functional collaboration, launch, hand-off or sunsetting during a typical product lifecycle

Manage presentation and feedback stages with key stakeholders (image selects process, creative retouching)

Collaborates with program managers to manage art production timelines for Marketing programs based on project specs and media/distribution plans

Develops positive relationships with Creative Teams, Marcom Managers, Product Marketing Teams, Print Production, Business Affairs, and broader cross-functional teams

Helps make the entire producer group better through recruiting, mentoring, process refinement, etc.

Additional Requirements（额外要求）

12+ years professional experience in production as a Producer

Experience managing a workload of 1-2 large-scale projects or up to 5 medium-scale projects

Experience mentoring other Producers

Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced at multitasking

A cross-functional manager with experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment

A supervisory knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Knowledge of business affairs, copywriting, community management, design, engineering, measurement science, product development, strategy

AR/VR industry and content production experience

Experience shooting high security material or unreleased hardware
