Summary（岗位介绍）
As a TPM in the Reality Labs Developer Infrastructure team, you will play a key role in defining, and driving highly complex, cross-functional software programs that ensure developers have the tools they need to efficiently build the future of AR/VR/XR computing. You will drive roadmaps / projects that help move the developer velocity across Reality Labs. These programs have high leadership visibility and span multiple teams and systems across teams. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, legal, data science and policy on strategy, team goals, and define the software roadmap.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Software Product Manager managing software programs from inception to production.
Program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, effective communications and team building skills.
Experience launching products or delivering large software releases.
Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
Description（岗位职责）
Develop developer infrastructure roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs.
Work across geographic locations to help drive successful adoption of developer infrastructure in our automation labs and data centers.
Develop best practices and product development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment. Evangelize those practices to enable them to scale across different products.
Lead cross functional teams implementing the roadmap from the early stage of development through launch. Lead launch/release activities as it pertains to software features and deliverables.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Knowledge of software development processes such as CI/CD and/or Testing Frameworks.
Experience dealing with large scale infrastructure aimed at improving developer productivity.
