We are looking for a Producer to work alongside our talented team as we continue to improve and grow Horizon Worlds and other projects being worked on by the Unit 2 Games studio.

Using a methodical approach, having a keen eye for detail, and possessing excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for maintaining a view across the projects being tackled in the studio and ensuring that development is able to move quickly and smoothly.

This role will suit someone with a production background who is interested in the unique challenges of running and maintaining a long-term game as a service, collaborating with a large number of other teams.


3+ years of experience in a production role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially compiling and summarising information from a wide variety of sources

An understanding of the game development process, from initial work on a feature through to release

Experience with software used on a daily basis by our team: Bug tracking software (eg JIRA), Wiki software (eg Confluence), Office software (eg Google Drive), Project planning software (eg Hansoft)


Maintaining an overview of the state of projects within the studio and keeping the management team informed

Collaborating with relevant parties to overcome development risks

Facilitating communication within the development team, and ensuring outcomes are well-documented and surfaced

Maintaining production artefacts (task trackers, milestone slates) and work with the development team to keep these up to date and representative

Assisting with creation of required documentation and pulling together relevant resources

Working with the QA team to ensure coverage of new features and content as they become ready for testing

Experience working on a game as a service and maintaining a frequent release cadence

Experience leading production on a whole game or large feature

Experience with running and maintaining a team or studio’s budget

A strong understanding of how any individual games development discipline contributes to the project

Experience running production processes for a cross-platform project

Experience applying a variety of production methodologies

Familiarity with large tech projects and coordination across different time zones
