Qualifications（岗位要求）

· Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and build a results-oriented development team shipping software products and services.

· Extensive professional software development experience.

· Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-scale services, incident management, process and task automation, testing processes, build process, configuration management, and release management.

· Experience in Agile and DevOps development methodologies.

· Strong experience with one or more general purpose programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++.

· Excellent verbal, written, and cross group/organization collaboration and communication skills.

· Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

· BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.

It is a plus if you have:

· Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET.

· Experience with ReactJS

· Worked with Azure cloud technologies, SQL, NoSQL, Microservices, ML, or AI

· Prior experience in ERP or Supply Chain Management

· Expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales or Power BI

· Extensive X++ or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management background

Description（岗位职责）

As a Software Engineering Manager you will lead a team of talented and passionate engineers to deliver the next generation of business applications in the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management portfolio. You will be expected to:

• Take end-to-end accountability for design, implementation, test, deployment, maintenance and improvement of all features and services delivered by your team.

• Lead a highly motivated and effective engineering team of 5-8 direct reports.

• Define the technical and operational direction of the team and drive the actual implementations with special emphasis on operating a service, engineering velocity, and quality.

• Create a supportive work environment to foster career and personal development for team members.

• Drive recruiting efforts to bring top talent to the team.

• Actively participate in the full software development life cycle by creating design documents, contributing to the code base, reviewing code, proactively monitoring the state of owned services.

• Build strong relationships with partners within Microsoft such as Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Office and others to bring innovation to new and existing products.

• Engage and energize the external customer and partner community to empower them and to learn from them.
