Mixed Reality team has an immediate opening for a highly motivated leader experienced in systems design and development of wireless devices. Successful candidates would have a proven track record in software engineering and leading software engineering teams responsible for design and development of platform software including low level drivers for enabling various wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, BT and cellular (5G/4G) into MR products.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in developing embedded software for products with Cellular, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications or equivalent.
- Hands on working experience on building wireless solution with one or more wireless technologies such as 5G/4G/3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.
- Programming expertise in C/C++ in RTOS environment
- Windows, Android, or Linux device driver development
- Experience in embedded SW/FW development & debugging
- Outstanding technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent design, coding, and debugging skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- 2+ years of experience working as people manager, leading inclusive team, coaching, delivering feedback and demonstrating successful result
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science or related discipline, or equivalent
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- Lead the team that will design and develop platform software for next generation MR devices
- Assist with board/device bring up, setting up test automation framework, software validation, debugging & bugs fixing
- Inspire and drive engineering excellence across your team
- Work in close partnership with a team of cross discipline peers including design, hardware, PM and Quality Engineering for sustained long term success
