We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team, whose mission is to create the future of input and interaction for AR and VR. We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience in software engineering and early-stage AR/VR technology development. More broadly, the chosen candidate will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers and engineers and will have access to cutting edge technology, resources, and testing facilities.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
5+ years experience with as a Technical Program Manager, leading complex software development programs
Experience in program management, process definition/improvements, relevant tools
Familiar with academic research or industry research settings
Proven communication and personal management skills
Experience to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and ambiguity
Description(岗位职责)
Work with research, engineering, cross-functional teams to create schedules, set milestones, and communicate program and project statuses to relevant stakeholders
Manage execution of programs and projects effectively with sustainable processes and tools
Contribute to technical strategy that can scale the team and its impact as business needs shift
Proactively identify technical, legal, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative solutions to fix them and manage both technical and programmatic risks
Coordinate among internal teams and external teams (partners, vendors, etc.)
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Knowledge of one or more of the following domains: Software-specific areas: developer tooling, infrastructure, machine learning General: AR/VR, HCI, wearable technologies
Experience with development of novel, “0-1” technology
