Reality Labs is on a mission to build the next computing platform by putting people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies – including Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Augmented Reality (AR).

The VR Content & Store marcom team sits within Reality Labs, driving marketing to support the highest priority content that sits on the Meta Quest platform and that millions of people around the world play every day. This includes first party content developed by Oculus Studios, like Beat Saber, Population:One, and Onward – as well as third party content, like NFL Pro Era and Among Us.

We are looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Lead to join the VR Content & Store team. In this role, you will define global marketing strategies, develop holistic marketing plans, and drive breakthrough campaign work for the highest priority titles on the Meta Quest platform. This person will partner closely across the Meta Quest org and work closely with Marcom, PMM, and Oculus Studios teams.

Strategic thinker who has the experience to bridge data/insights to strategies/plans

Experience leading large, multi-channel campaigns from brief > concept > creative development > production > execution > measurement

Demonstrate collaborating experience working in highly matrixed orgs and managing multiple agency partners

Experience with navigating change and driving through ambiguity

10+ years professional experience working in marketing and/or similar field (eg Brand Management, Product Marketing)

Experience in gaming/gaming industry

Experience working on a global team and/or global projects.


Drives annual marketing plans, bridging the connection between data/insights and strategy/plans

Builds bottoms-up budgets to support strategy and drive against business/marketing goals. Manages/tracks budget, analyzing tradeoffs to maximize impact while minimizing cost

Builds processes/resources to improve team efficiency and impact

Leads strategy, planning, creative development, and execution for highest priority campaigns and projects

Partners closely with key cross-functional teams and leadership, including but not limited to: PMM, Oculus Studios, Marcom, Creative, PR/Communications

Influences major decisions across teams, functions, and/or regions
