Meta Spark is an end-to-end platform that enables a global community of creators and developers to imagine, create and share augmented reality experiences I’mon mobile and Meta Quest devices.
On the AR Content team, we are focused on growing and nurturing the ecosystem of creators, developers and businesses making and publishing AR content with Spark technology. These customers for Spark, include a large and vibrant community of individual creators, established creative agencies and studios, and blue-chip businesses across verticals. Through these relationships, we support their work, growth and engagement with Spark.
We are looking for an experienced and talented Strategic Partner Manager to help grow and nurture relationships with the set of top-tier customers in this community and work with them on some of the most strategically important, innovative augmented reality projects being developed with Spark. The ideal individual has strong creative sensibilities, is strategic-minded and can bring operational muscle to our team. As a member of this team, you will engage with some of the world’s most influential brands, media, sports and gaming companies as well as the AR developers who are defining augmented reality through their output. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams focused on AR as well as a cross-functional team that spans Policy, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Operations. This is a full-time position based in London.
3+ years of experience as a partner manager with developers.
Passion for and direct experience with augmented reality.
Proven relationships across a network of creative companies, agencies and vendors.
Experience running large, complex AR projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working directly with Marketing teams and understanding client objectives.
Experience working directly with Product teams and understanding product development.
Able to build strong working relationships with core and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, ambiguous and changing environment.
Experience with time management, task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutions.
Organizational task and budget management skills.
Design and manage multiple AR projects across different strategic initiatives and in collaboration with various 3rd parties (AR customers and creators)
Source and manage the world’s best AR partners into the Meta Spark Partner Network
Up-level the creative output into Spark through your direct relationships with AR partners
Drive multifaceted, integrated campaign timelines for internal teams and external partners
Create RFPs for studios/creative agencies
Manage the end-to-end process for shipping strategic projects including pitches, treatments, budgets, vendor contracts, project schedules, milestone tracking, creative reviews and distribution plans.
