Meta AR/VR Job | RL Global Sales Operations – Order Operations Lead

Meta Reality Labs (RL) is seeking a strategic, data-driven, detail oriented lead with experience managing multiple projects from E2E, processe creation, and program management helping the organization build capability to scale, improve operational efficiency, increase sales productivity, and drive growth for our RL Sales Channels.
This position will be at the core of order operations, overseeing day-to-day operations functions, providing a best-in-class customer experience, and delivering against key success metrics within the organization.

6+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, program management, or equivalent work experience.
BS/BA in Business, Operations, or similar discipline.
Proficient in MS Office tools/Google Suite, advanced level in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience putting together business use cases and presentations.
Experience operating independently and executing on both the strategic and operational level in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Experience in building new processes and tools and delivering process optimization / improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Experience with identifying gaps and opportunities, developing solutions, and providing sound business insights and recommendations through influencing.
Experience in leading or working with multiple teams to achieve alignment and agreed outcomes.
Lead and develop a high-performing strategies spanning across multiple time zones. Oversee the work in order and inventory management, fulfillment, product and holiday launch readiness, market expansion, customer experience, issues management, and forward / reverse order flows.
Contribute to weekly and monthly XFN business review meetings with updates and insights.
Serve as an interface between the all sales channels and RL Operations devices Team, establishing self as an expert in both org’s processes (e.g. order and inventory management, fulfillment, promotions, forecast and demand) and systems (e.g. WM, OMS, SKU Catalog).
Lead or support from end-to-end multiple cross-org initiatives through business requirement inputs, document review contributions, Weekly XFN meetings, testing, and pre/post-launch execution and support.
Drive fulfillment, transportation, product and promotion execution strategies, prioritization, and solutions cross-functionally, balancing between risk, cost, efficiency, and customer experience using data insights.
Identify opportunities to drive optimization and growth across the sales channels, and drive cross-organizational alignment with key stakeholders across multiple levels within Sales, Operations, and Engineering orgs.
Develop, review, track, and achieve team’s and cross-org’s shared KPIs and OKRs, including holding XFNs accountable to metrics, sharing responsibilities in identifying gaps and short/long term sustainable action plan implementation, and sharing benchmarking practices with key partners.
Keep up-to-date with knowledge of industry standards within Supply Chain and Sales Channels.
Drive continuous improvement workshops and initiatives at the Sales Channels/Operations level.
Build relationships and influence across a diverse set of teams, including Sales Channels, Operations, Merchandising, Support Operations (Customer Support and Experience, Risk, Payment Compliance), Data Analytics and Insights, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Communications.
Experience in the multi-channel sales space for consumer hardware/software.
Proven stakeholder management experience, including managing multiple partners simultaneously.
Experience in managing highly complex programs, with multiple stakeholder organizations, and significant scale.
Experience to navigate complex organization, balancing multiple competing priorities. Ensuring strategy and hands on work are equally balanced on a day to day operating model.
Experience managing people and teams.
