Summary(岗位介绍)

Meta Reality Labs is looking for a highly experienced and talented marketer to lead Retail Channel Marketing in Europe focused on our Smart Glasses product.

This role is responsible for developing our marketing strategy in Europe, growing our hardware sales and managing our investment in this fast moving area of the business. The successful candidate will be passionate about new technology, analytical and ROI driven. He/She will have well developed business acumen and also creative and innovative in their marketing programmes. Additionally, he/she will be a highly effective communicator and collaborator with other teams, (including the Global and Regional Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Insights teams) and ready to lead our Smart Glasses retail business through a rapid phase of growth.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Proven knowledge in selling consumer goods online and direct experience working with European retailers

10+ years relevant experience with a clear record of achievement and success in technology based consumer marketing

Experienced Marketing professional who will excel in a fast paced environment

Clear understanding of the retail landscape in European markets including UK market and the tools to drive retail sales

A record of excellence leading successful retail marketing programmes and go to market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant experience

Description(岗位职责)

Provide leadership and coordination of all third party retail marketing in Europe for Smart Glasses category

Manage retail presence to create best in class consumer shopping experiences

Develop and manage in store space and staffing plans

Partner with Sales leadership to hit sales goals

Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams, including Global and Regional Product Marketing, Creative Channel, Sales, Comms, and others

Communicate effectively with leaders, stakeholders and teams throughout the organization, driving transparency, coordination and alignment on marketing plans

Demonstrate the return of marketing investment for the business in the short- and long-term

Quarterly planning meetings to evaluate marketing plans and review previous quarter performance

Track spend and campaign performance of all advertising and optimise

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is highly desirable
