Qualifications(岗位要求)
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in a business analyst, marketing, or computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:
Informing product strategy in partnership with product management and engineering across multiple product areas, and establishing and driving both in-bound as well as the go-to-market plan for products
Identifying long-term opportunities for different product areas (video solutions and branded contents solutions) based on regional understanding, analysis, and a strategic view of the direction of the market both for businesses and consumers
Assessing market and requirements including impact analysis and competitive benchmarking
Representing internal and external stakeholders including qualitative and quantitative feedback
Leading comprehensive go-to-market strategy including sales and partner materials
Managing high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding policy changes or enforcement
Contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Description(岗位职责)
Implement specialized knowledge of Meta’s proprietary data analysis tools and technologies as well as product development and marketing processes and procedures to generate global actionable insights into consumer and platform audience behaviors, ad performance, integrity insights, and small businesses
Responsible for setting outbound priorities for suite of Business Integrity products and policies for the small business audience and work with partner teams to ensure those priorities ladder up to Meta’s overarching strategic goals
Use Meta’s Marketing Expert TransScript tool, Business Product Marketing Data Playground, Business Integrity Dash, Business Friction Analysis, and ME Knowledge Base to synthesize market feedback from small businesses and influence product and policy teams to build future solutions that support the needs surfaced in the market globally
Guide global cross-functional teams in developing client and vendor communications, education, product documentation, and sales collateral that help businesses navigate policies
Work cross-functionally with data science, product, and operations teams to forecast the impact of integrity launches and prepare small business sales and marketing teams to support clients through these changes
Effectively and regularly communicate with leadership within the Sales and Product organization and build strong cross-functional relationships and prioritize work to deploy finite go-to-market capacity efficiently
$224,183.08/year to $239,000.00/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
