Qualifications（岗位要求）
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
Software design and programming in C/C++ for development, debugging, testing and performance analysis
Embedded processors including ARM Cortex M0/M3/M4 architecture and boot mechanism, interrupt priorities and configuring peripherals
Peripherals including USB, SPI, MIPI CSI/DSI, I2C, UART, and GPIO
Device documentation and translating information into software solutions
Designing experiments to diagnose embedded hardware and firmware problems
Description（岗位职责）
Analyze, design, develop, and debug firmware for a wide variety of AR and VR consumer devices, including novel sensing and imaging systems, haptic devices, and audio prototypes
Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
Understand and implement power-management, boot loaders, scheduling, and RTOS
Collaborate in a team environment across multiple product focused, research and engineering disciplines, making the architectural tradeoffs required to rapidly deliver firmware solutions
Support all phases of SoC and ASIC development including early architecture requirements definition for custom silicon, firmware architecture, implementation, simulation, FPGA debug, chip bring up and support systems and software teams on algorithm development on validated systems
Understand and drive implementation of FW development good practices across teams and projects
Use their experience to build large-scale server systems applications, develop and debug in C/C++ or Java/C#
In doing so, they will analyze and optimize UI and back-end application code for efficiency and performance
Use their knowledge of Perl, PHP or Python, and background working with software operating system internals, file systems, programming language design, compilers to complete software engineering projects they are assigned to
$173,258.49 to $194,000.00 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus or equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
