Qualifications(岗位要求)

Master of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field. 36 months exp. in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months of experience in the following:

Data analysis, data science, or marketing analytics applying experimentation methods to test various hypotheses for various marketing outcomes including customer segmentation, causal marketing measurement, or media optimization

Statistical or econometric modeling or marketing analytics including experimental design, significance testing, media effects, media mix modeling, marketing optimization, econometric methods, observational data, causal inference, regression modeling, or sampling theory

Using R, Python, Stata, or a scripting language for statistical or econometric modeling

SQL, Hive, Presto, Hadoop, or data querying languages

Finding, cleaning, and manipulating data to build data sets

Communicating with cross-functional stakeholders including brand strategists, market researchers, product marketers, creative directors, media planners, or engineers

Description(岗位职责)

Provide insightful analytics on consumer perception of the experience of Meta products to better connect users and products

Translate data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive brand sentiment, user growth and engagement, and marketing effectiveness

Partner with internal teams to make well-informed decisions backed by raw data, product usage, and survey results

Evaluate the protocols used to obtain data and prepare data for processing and analysis

Summarize user behavior to promote product awareness and meaningful interactions on the platform

Specifically, partner with marketing, research, and product organizations to scope, design, execute, measure, and improve the impact of marketing efforts

Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and models to support decision making

Produce data visualization, such as charts, infographic, and dashboards, to communicate findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders clearly and effectively

Design and implement reporting dashboards that track key metrics and performance trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership

Telecommuting is permitted anywhere in the U.S.

$171,500 to $213,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus or equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
