Summary（岗位介绍）
As manager of the TPM team based in Enfield and Brussels, the candidate will be responsible for managing and individually contributing to areas related to engineering planning, account team and GTM PM support, process improvements, product technical strategy development, partner dependency management and connecting the leadership to the engineering team. The manager will drive 3 KRs: (a) Hit or exceed LRP targets; (b) Drive product value to boost ASP (Average Selling Price); and (c) Increase engineering agility and efficiency.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
- Experience in data center and edge networking
- Skilled in technologies used in Private MEC and 5G
- Program or product management in a software company
- Experience working closely with engineering teams

Description（岗位职责）
- Engineering planning: feature scheduling; semester planning; dependency handling for all Private MEC products. In this role, the manager and the team will step in and find a way forward when engineering projects hit issues and the managers are stuck. As part of this workstream, the manager and team will research and write requirements statements, helping engineering owners scope + slim down work
- Account team and GTM PM support: The manager and team will be joining customer calls, helping with deep dives, helping GTM PM + Trials pick the right approach, visiting customers. The team will foster frequent contact with engineering teams and thought leaders, empowering and aligning team with customer and business needs.
- Process improvements: The manager will drive key PM-Engineering interactions and processes to be more transparent, reliable and data-driven.
- Product technical strategy: The manager will drive participation in and help drive technical strategy discussions, collaborating with leaders, PM, architects and partner teams. Specifically, the manager will own the vNOC/PMECaaS initiative, driving it to program commit and engineering execution mode.
- Microsoft partner team engagement: The manager and team will work with partner teams in A4O or beyond to maintain relations and alignment (beyond just filing dependencies)
- Connect the leadership to the engineering team: The manager will initiate frequent contacts with leadership to help them understand the reality on the ground, product and engineering perspectives, so they can steer and intervene effectively.
