We’re looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager who has successfully launched full-cycle products on various platforms, and who can help us drive the launch and growth of Microsoft Mesh to millions of users. You’re a visionary, data-driven leader who can outline and execute a strategy for success. This role is for someone who wants to jump in and make an immediate impact in an entrepreneurial environment.
As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll demonstrate product direction, customer leadership, and organizational leadership.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- Experience in partnering with enterprise organizations to drive adoption and growth of new technologies
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and passion for building a positive and inclusive work culture
- Proven ability to drive results and manage complex projects through full-cycle development in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing space
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Customer empathy and a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems
- Model values including diversity and inclusion and a desire to make a difference as part of One Microsoft
- Prior experience in mixed reality or 3D platforms
Product Management IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 – $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 – $282,200 per year.

As the Principal Product Manager for the Mesh Platform Experiences Team, you will be at the forefront of this exciting and rapidly evolving technology. You’ll have a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, and you’ll drive product changes that deliver the highest customer value. You’ll lead the development of our product strategy and roadmap, driving execution and delivering results. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and marketing, you’ll design a product that transforms the way people connect.
But that’s not all – you’ll also help shape the future of Mesh as an experience platform by collaborating with industry leaders and organizations to explore new use cases and opportunities. You’ll integrate emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to enhance Mesh’s capabilities and user experience. Additionally, you’ll foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and collaboration within the product team and across the organization.
