Meta’s B2B Reality labs Marketing team is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to support our organization. This role will partner with the wider Marketing team to drive demand for our work products.

The Digital Marketing Manager will partner across a broad cross-functional team to support omni-channel digital activations and develop powerful data-driven insights and optimizations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have broad experience working across a multitude of digital channels including social, display, and search and will possess very strong data, analytics, and reporting skills.

This role will partner closely with internal and external cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, sales, engineering, and agencies. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and engagement.


8+ years experience in digital marketing

Experience with problem solving and analytical skills including: conducting research, analyzing data, data visualization, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights and recommendations

Experience leading and managing paid & organic social media campaigns among other digital marketing channels

Experience with various Facebook Interfaces: Ads Manager, Business Manager, Page Insights

Experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools (E.g: Google Analytics etc)

Experience working with ad serving tools and DSPs (e.g., Google DV360, Adobe Advertising Cloud)


Channel Strategy: Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that leverages a variety of channels, including social media and other paid advertising

Driving growth from owned and earned social channels, you will be the primary lead for all things social and will be responsible for driving business objectives across all social channels across both organic and paid social.

Managing Agencies: Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives

you will be responsible for giving our media agency partners the direction and support they need to be successful

you will hold agency partners accountable for results and work with them to improve performance if needed

Be the primary digital campaign point of contact for all things ‘VR for Work’. This is across both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the campaign plans align with what’s possible on the digital marketing side.

Setting Goals for Channels: Set and track performance goals for each digital channel, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Thought Leader: Be a thought leader in the digital marketing space, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies, and sharing insights and best practices with cross-functional teams.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing teams, to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Analytics: Use data and analytics to track and measure the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that target key segments, using data-driven insights to identify and target high-value prospects.

Budgeting: Manage and allocate budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that all spend is aligned with business goals and objectives.

Creative Excellence: As a member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence across all of our campaigns. This includes conceptualizing and executing innovative ideas for social media and other digital channels. You will work closely with our design and content teams to create visually striking and effective marketing materials that engage and convert our target audience. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our campaigns are always at the forefront of the latest digital marketing strategies.

Process Management: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining efficient processes for campaign planning, execution, and measurement. This includes working with XFNs to create timelines & manage project deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
