Summary（岗位介绍）
The Virtual Reality Electrical Engineering team is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team of electrical engineers to design the next generation of Quest VR headsets. You will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary teams that include system engineering, software, product design, optical and display. This role will focus on guiding career growth; establishing and tracking goals for highly ambiguous programs; managing priorities and resources across an ever-developing portfolio of short-term, mid-term, and long-term projects.
The ideal candidate has experience of leading electrical engineering teams to ship consumer devices and has a passion for building great teams and developing people. We look for individuals who work well in teams, can brainstorm big ideas, work in new technology areas, able to drive a concept into a prototype and then into a consumer product.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in Electrical or Computer Systems Engineering.
10+ years of direct experience in consumer electronics electrical design role. Had shipped multiple mass production consumer electronics devices.
5+ years of management experience in consumer electronics product development.
Experience working with cross functional teams, external partners, & manufacturers.
Experience with complex mobile design: high performance SOC, memories, display, audio, RF, and power management.
Experience with schematic and board design/manufacturing flow.
Description（岗位职责）
Lead a team of Electrical Engineers responsible for VR headset (Quest line) product development from end to end.
Understand technical architectures, long-term and short-term planning, hardware road mapping, and other issues to create comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges.
Provide team guidance, regular feedback, assignment, priorities, coaching and mentoring. Create career development plans and manage performance.
Work with cross-functional engineering managers and architects on hardware and software integration.
Collaborating in a team environment across engineering disciplines. Effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment.
Travel requirements: up to 15%.

Experience with VR technologies and systems.
Experience working with consumer electronics.
