Summary（岗位介绍）
Reality Labs Research is looking for an intern to help us develop the next generation user centered AI systems that guide the users in contextual and adaptive future AR/VR systems. In particular, we are seeking candidates who have experience with either of the following: machine learning, reinforcement learning, explainable AI, human computer interaction, user modeling.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD in Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Computational Mathematics, Human and Computer Interaction, or a related computational field.
3+ years of experience with programming language Python.
2+ years of experience in using machine learning libraries such as Numpy, scikit-learn, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Tensorflow, or Pytorch.
Experience in applying explainable AI techniques.
Interpersonal skills: cross-group collaboration and cross-culture collaboration.
Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Description（岗位职责）
Plan and execute cutting-edge research to advance user centered machine learning research.
Collaborate with dynamic teams of engineers, designers and researchers.
Organize and lead research activities such as designing and building prototypes, experimental design as well as data collection and analysis.
Communicate research activities and findings to collaborators across a variety of disciplines.
Successful internships will also lead to publishable outcomes in top-tier journals or at leading international conferences.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with the HCI field.
Experience with AR/VR technologies and literature.
Experience with Unity game engine.
Proven track record of achieving significant results as demonstrated by grants, fellowships, patents, as well as a minimum of 2 first-authored publications at leading workshops or conferences such as ACM CHI, ACM UIST, ACM IUI, KDD, NIPS, CVPR.
Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship/co-op.
