Facebook Reality Labs Research (FRL-R) brings together a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to create the future of augmented and virtual reality. We are currently seeking researchers with a passion for technology to develop the next generation of digital humans and avatars. The focus of this role includes human shape, motion, and appearance capture, biophysical modeling, simulation and rendering. The position requires a combination of education and experience in computer vision, computer graphics, robotics and machine learning.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a PhD in Computer Vision, Graphics, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field
Experience with computer vision, deep learning, 3D geometry and/or linear algebra
Experience with C, C++, and/or Python
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Description(岗位职责)
Investigate, design and develop novel AI algorithms in areas such as body capture, tracking, reconstruction, semantics, generative models for clothed humans and deformable objects (soft tissue, clothes, hair)
Prototyping, building and analysis of experimental systems
Collaboration with and support of other researchers across various disciplines
Communication of research agenda, progress and results
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Experience with one or more of the following areas: deep learning, developing models for neural human reconstruction, human body shape and pose learning, dynamic shape representation, numerical optimization
Proven track record of achieving results as demonstrated in accepted papers at top computer vision, graphics, machine learning or robotics related journals and conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, SIGGRAPH, ICRA, etc.
