Meta is seeking a Business Lead to work with the VP, and global leader of the Reality Labs (RL) Sales Organization and his leadership team. This person will be a thought partner to the VP and his leadership team, project manage org-level initiatives, drive coordination and consolidation across the RL Sales Team, and plan and execute internal and external communication strategies.

A successful person in this role will be a strong project manager, synthesizer and problem solver, with the ability to shift seamlessly between strategic, project management and execution tasks. You will appreciate efficiency, collaborative working relationships and know how to prioritize with ease and respond to challenges with grace and timeliness. You will build strong relationships with operational partners and stakeholders. You will help consolidate and coordinate the functional groups of RL Global Sales to create holistic and summarized views of the business for the VP. You will be a proactive, independent and adept communicator (both formally, as well as in creating networks of trust). This person must always exercise confidentiality and be diplomatic.

This person will manage executive preparation for a variety of internal and external communication moments including posts (workplace and social media), meetings, presentations, events, press, and panels. Assist with internal operations in support of the VP’s Rhythm of Business and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that lead to the success of executive leadership.

A successful Business Lead will be organized, strong in project management, able to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks. Above all they must be a master in the art of communication. This person should be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.


10+ years experience with project management, strategy, management consulting, research, operations, communications, PR or related field

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience working directly with management as well as people at all levels of an organization

Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities


Work across teams to prepare briefings and coordinate research for meetings with partners and key leaders (e.g. identify goals and talking points, provide background on attendees, etc.) and external and internal engagements, as well as media interviews, and coordinate follow-ups

Build and Maintain the VP’s communications calendar

Contribute to the VP’s executive brand strategy

Build documents and presentations as needed

Develop and support messaging for internal and external engagements

Ensure progress on priority work-streams, help build decision-making frameworks, deliverables, etc., including support for external relationship management for the VP

Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes, including internal communications (i.e. Q&A’s, All-Hands, posts and emails)

Support daily operations and partner with Executive Admins, Internal and External Communications, Leads and Operations to help manage communications calendar

Design and maintain processes and systems to coordinate and track the VP’s engagements with internal and external stakeholders across teams and time zones

Partner cross-functionally within the VP’s office, as well as with internal teams across the company to ensure accurate and appropriate scheduling, logistics and travel arrangements are made

Manage prep timelines for global travel commitments and travel with the VP and team, as needed

Able to travel 30-50% of the time

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Advanced Degree, MBA, or Law Degree

Experience working directly with executive and C-suite level employees, both inside and outside of a company

Experience with building presentations in Keynote and/or PowerPoint

Experience authoring and compiling briefing materials

Project management experience

Experience in a strategic communications and/or PR role

Experience working in DEI or as a leader within corporate/internal URP Resource Groups
