As a Senior Program Manageron theMixed RealityCustomer Field TestTeam, you willplaya critical rolein the developmentandimplementation ofnewprocessesandproceduresto evaluateourMixedReality product lines.The job provides an opportunity to:

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Required Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be US citizens, green card holders, of have been granted asylum in the UnitedStates.
  • Minimum of 8years’operationalexperienceas a memberoftheUnited States Special Operationsand/or Para-Militarycommunities.
  • Multiple deploymentsto areas of declaredconflictin support of the Global War on Terror.
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating acuteknowledge of Special Operations and/or Intelligence Communities.
  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience withtheTactical Assault Kit (TAK) ecosystem.

Additionalskills that will be beneficial to therole butare notrequired.

  • Recent experience working as a part of or in support of United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) or subordinate organizations.
  • Demonstrable experience in the development and implementation of military tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Robust and demonstrable knowledge of current devices employed by US Armed Forcesfor uses including (but not limited to) – Night Vision Goggles (NVGs), Tactical Radios, Precision, Navigation,and Timing (PNT) Devices, and mission planning systems.
  • Experience working as a part of or in support ofJoint Special Operations Command (JSOC).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated practical experience.

  • Provide cross functional leadership to engage in and supportanexpanded approach totesting, validation, and adoption of nascent technologies developed for the Department of Defense.Partner closely withall critical stakeholdersto understand and communicate product capabilities and limitations and to contribute totheevaluationofthetestingparameters bothinternallyand with the customer.
  • Drive efficiency and excellence inanalysis and presentation of technical informationinternallyand to our customers.
  • Partner with Customer Fieldand Release Enablement (CFRE)and Engineering Field Test(EFT)teams to execute customer tests with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Ensure that our devices meet the standards ofcurrent and future warfighters
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional hardware,software,test, and businessteams.
  • Operationalize technical solutions to ensure tactical effectiveness, suitability,and sustainabilityand communicatethe impacts internally and externally.
