The team working on Reality Labs emerging products and technologies at Meta are on a mission to build the next computing platform centered around people. We continue to push the state-of-the-art with groundbreaking research into emerging technologies, software, and hardware that will help bring this vision to life. We are building a team focused on building new products that support this mission.

This person will be responsible for influencing product development and leading in-market strategy as part of the Product Marketing team. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset and hardware and software product growth experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.


12+ years of work experience in business strategy, product marketing, or product management within B2B Hardware & Software Products, or 8+ years with MBA and relevant advanced degree

Combination of strategic business experience and hands-on tactical execution

Experience with analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework

Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and in-market strategy

Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment

Experience scaling products and businesses with internal and external partners including Marketing, Data Science, Product, Sales and PR


Bring a point of view to the team, informing and guiding strategic decisions and tradeoffs related to product growth, features, schedules, cost, pricing, and lifecycle management

Define prioritization, strategy, roadmap and success metrics across a range of cross-functional business initiatives to achieve product and engagement growth and lifecycle management for a portfolio of hardware and software technologies

Lead growth initiatives through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the customers point of view internally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of innovative devices and experiences

Lead the definition and development of the business strategy across the organization that is grounded in the consumer journey framework, user insights and market dynamics

Lead the in-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the in-market strategy through EOL. Be the one point of contact for communicating in-market updates and reviews with cross functional leadership

Partner with the marketing team on development of marketing programs and strategies that tap into consumer insights

Design tests, measure impact and learn through a results-driven mindset with cross-functional teams (Sales, CRM, Performance Marketing, Growth, Social)

Partner with our Sales team on category analysis, presentation materials and in-store/online creative assets for in-market products

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Experience and/or domain knowledge in AR, smart home, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms

BA/BS/MBA degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field
