Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS or master's in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, physics or similar fields
At least 2+ years of direct experience in 193nm lithography or nanoimprint lithography process development and characterization of processes and technology related to optical component or semiconductor fabrication applications
Experience and knowledge in SPC methods, variation analysis, and data-analysis techniques
Experience using structured problem-solving framework for root cause analysis, familiar with RCA tools and facilitating structured problem-solving efforts
Description（岗位职责）
Own the development and optimization of new and existing lithography nanofabrication processes to meet build specifications in support of near-eye optical components on pilot scale tools
Serve as the tool owner and operational expert, develop Standard-Operation-Procedure documentation, safety protocols, and train operations team
Develop specification documents, engage with suppliers, coordinate installation, and drive qualification of new tools
Partner with operations and engineering team to optimize productivity and efficient execution of experiments
Support and execute strategic sector projects involving definition and selection of new processing approaches, tooling, and manufacturability improvements
Supports integration, design, and operations cross functionally to understand lithography process capabilities in accordance with design-for-manufacturing guidelines, process flow, and integrated process module performance
Implement statistical control methods & own yield improvement Pareto within process module
Identify key process metrics and understand relationships between sector metrics and component performance
Develop design of experiments (DOE) to quantify process window and characterize process parameter responses
Build collaborative relationships between internal research and external development partners
Communicate effectively with both management, peers, and external partners
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
3+ years direct experience with process development and characterization of processes and technology related to optical component or semiconductor fabrication applications
1+ years of direct experience in an industrial Research and Development environment developing scalable processes with knowledge of nanofabrication processes including inkjet printing and metrology
Advanced knowledge of Design-of-Experiments, PFMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis tools
Interpersonal communication and cross-functional partnership experience: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
Organizational skills and demonstrated experience to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and experience in reacting to shifting priorities to meet business needs and deadlines
