Come join a rapidly growing team as the Lead Optical Systems Integration Engineer in Facebook Reality Labs. You will be responsible for working with multiple cross-functional teams, leading critical analysis on interface requirements, tolerance and sensitivity analysis and optimizing multiple subsystems at the integrated system level. You will be responsible for productizing an optical/display system that is core to delivering transformative experience in Oculus AR/VR products.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in the field of Engineering, Physics or Optics or related field
6+ years of experience in developing and integrating optical sub-systems with multi-disciplinary teams
Experience reviewing geometric optical systems in CAD tools such as Zemax, Code V or others
Experience in both sequential and non-sequential ray tracing, including stray light analysis
Experience with diffractive optics or physical optics
Experience with Radiometry and Photometry
Experience in opto-mechanical integration and system design
Description（岗位职责）
Define optical interface specifications and requirements for assembly and subassemblies of optical sub-systems
Collaborate on design interface between geometric optic modeling and physical optic modeling of sub-systems
Preform tolerance and sensitivity analysis on integrated optical system
Work with process and manufacturing engineers to drive design for manufacturability into optical system assembly
Collaborate with internal cross functional teams and external industry partners to develop and mature state-of-the-art technologies (e.g. material, process, metrology, and design) to extend the horizon of AR/VR experience
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
10+ years of experience in developing optical systems with multi-disciplinary teams
Experience in Design for manufacturability (DfM) with proven track record of high-volume production
Experience working in a lab environment for display or optical systems
Experience designing and modeling geometric optical systems in CAD tools such as Zemax, Code V or others
