To date, our product portfolio includes VR (Quest, Horizon), AR (Ray-Ban Stories, Spark) and Home & Work (Portal, Workplace) and we continue to develop other innovations across hardware, software and social presence as we work on the foundational elements of our Metaverse vision.

This person will be responsible for influencing software product development and leading go-to-market (GTM) and in-market growth strategy as part of the Product Marketing Team. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and software product launch experience; having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.


Experience with using data and insights to inform product and lead GTM strategy

Proven communication skills and experience with leading reviews with senior leadership

Experience working cross-functionally on ambiguous 0->1 projects within a fast-paced, changing environment

7+ years experience working in product marketing, product strategy or other analytical roles

Experience influencing strategic decisions through structured frameworks, data-driven analysis, and clear recommendations


Influence product strategy and roadmap by partnering closely with Product, informed by customer insights

Define success metrics for products and core technology solutions, ensuring product market fit at launch

Lead and define product positioning, audience definition and sizing, research, and naming for a portfolio of products and technologies

Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in the customer journey framework, user insights, and market dynamics

Work cross functionally to execute and launch products through end of life

Act as the point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership

Support growth initiatives for live software products and services, working with cross functional partners including Marcom, Partnerships, and Communications to meet acquisition and engagement goals

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field

Experience with leading GTM strategy for early-stage products

MBA degree

Product Marketing experience in consumer hardware and/or software products

Domain knowledge in AR
