Summary(岗位介绍)

The Reality Labs (RL) Employee Experience (EX) team delivers deliver resources and experiences at scale that enable RL employees to navigate the organization and their roles so they can do their best work. We are seeking a Program Manager to support the successful execution of our Knowledge Management initiatives. This role will play a central part in ensuring EX programs support our future hybrid workforce, building platforms and curating information to help global RL employees be productive wherever they are and whenever they need it.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

7+ years of program or project management experience in Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Customer Experience, Employee Enablement, or related fields

Proven leadership, organization, execution, and communication skills

Experience working with broad, cross functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, and deliver results

Experience with leading programs from inception through execution in complex, matrixed organizations

Description(岗位职责)

Identify opportunities and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategy and goals.

Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Use data, user research, and analysis to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and product requirements that improve productivity and enhance user satisfaction.

Plan, initiate, and manage projects for knowledge management products and platforms.

Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.

Drive product development, design, and engineering while maintaining team health.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate internal and external resources, and guide the team through key milestones.

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.

Create and maintain program documents for staff and leadership review.

Comfortable working with ambiguity and experience thriving in an environment of constant change

Experience to shift from strategic to tactical work depending on priorities and needs, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Experience in the tech industry preferred

Experience communicating program goals, progress, and status at all levels of an organization, from new hires to executive leaders
