Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We oversee all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.

The Real Time (RT) Producer is the key stakeholder managing the relationships and communication between the RT production team and external-to-Marcom partners across the Technology Design Group (TDG) team and Retail Technology Group (RTG). This role works within a team of producers for overall digital asset creation. They are the key contact for RT asset deliveries and research and development projects. Additionally, they are responsible for owning and communicating the production schedules for all RT models and facilitating their effective integration across functions within Marcom.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Consistent track record of successfully project managing CG Production in a fast paced creative environment under tight deadlines.

Ability to implement key project management tools and techniques including but not limited to Agile, Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall.

Strong scheduling abilities, project bidding and resource management skills.

Team-oriented approach when working within a growing and evolving production structure with the ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced, complex environment.

Skills for digesting technical information, with the ability to translate it into useful information for non-technical partners.

Able to function within ambiguous, disclosure-bound business operation and comfortable moving forward without knowing all the pieces.

Proficiency with project managing softwares, production databases and spreadsheets such as Excel, Jira, Numbers, Quip, Shotgrid,,and Wrike.

Have a passion for building new processes and structure that optimize day-to-day workflows.

Description(岗位职责)

Run bi-weekly sprint cycles and dailies scrums for RT R&D deliverables.

Partner with marketing stakeholders to strategize RT capabilities in interactive marketing.

Coordinate with 3D Asset Producers in strategic planning efforts for AR models and how they connect with high resolution model creation from a project workflow and resourcing perspective.

Participate in long term planning efforts across future quarters and financial years, driving project production strategies based on yearly roadmap needs.

Handle internal timelines, schedules and priorities for the department and teams deliverables.

Partner with the Digital Artist’ Managers to bid, allocate, prioritize and task the team’s resources.

Organize and contribute effectively to group documentation.

Handle department deliveries to both internal and external partners.

Work with the Technical Producers to establish project managing softwares and cadences that work with a scalable production and larger marketing infrastructure.
