Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years providing technical program management/ operational support
- 2+ years of compliance tooling development work and work driving the end to end software development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong cross group collaboration and abilities to craft communication to align with the different audience.
- Proven communication skills and ability to understand the value and drivers behind adjusting style and tone for a given audience, including technical and non-technical peers across the company.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong experience with Microsoft products and tools including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Azure, PowerBI, ServiceNow GRC, and Azure DevOps

Description（岗位职责）
This position will serve as the compliance program manager to lead the development and maintenance of automation and tooling enhancements for the Mixed Reality Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)Team. Some of the key responsibilities of this PM will be to write policies and procedures around compliance tools, drive end to end development lifecycle of new functions in the existing Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool. This role will partner closely with engineers and PM’s across the Mixed Reality Organization to help manage workflows and multiple lines of projects to ensure timely delivery while developing processes to determine and maintain trade compliance requirements.
What you’ll do
• Drive end-to-end development of compliance tools and enhancements to existing internal GRC tools to help improve and enhance automations.
• Partner with our engineering teams in all phases of development as a subject matter expert on feature design and user experience that focuses on compliance engineering.
• Understand the competitive landscape and provide proactive, measurable metrics for improving automation and engineering work for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team.
• Propose new features and functionality to our product teams related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance
