Our products today cover VR (Quest, Horizon), AR (Ray-Ban Stories, Spark) and Home & Work (Portal, Workplace) and we continue to develop other innovations across hardware, software and social presence as we work on the foundational elements of our metaverse vision.

We are currently seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead creative on behalf of Reality Labs. This role will develop brand building work across all channels that will help define our product brands with a heavy focus on working with internal teams and external creative agencies. The successful candidate will continually push for innovation, never settling for the status quo. This person must have a strong background in Copywriting or Art Direction (agency or client side) and must be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute across multiple media formats.


6+ years relevant experience delivering creative work on projects, across a variety of touch points

Communication skills, experience responding to briefs creatively, present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, collaborate and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional partners

Experience guiding agencies and production partners, but should be ready to roll up their sleeves to do the work too

Experience decision-making based on data and business results

Experience understanding and communicating complicated principles simply

Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners

Work with either internal teams or our agency partners to produce standout and strategically focused work supporting the goals of world-class creative and highly efficient, data driven assets

Concept and lead multiple creative campaigns, either with in-house creative team or agency partners

Help develop and inform creative briefs that provide strategic insights, and data driven results to inspire creative concepts and ideas

Collaborate with other cross-functional team members working within Reality Labs to concept and produce creative across multiple media formats

Provide creative direction, and oversight to various Reality Labs projects

Form relationships with experts in the Meta family of apps to develop best practices

Become a trusted and valued partner across the marketing organization

Proactively look for creative opportunities that help solve business objectives
