The Reality Labs (RL) team focuses on delivering Meta’s vision through Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) building products that make it easier for people to connect with the ones they love most. We are a team of world-class experts developing and shipping products at the intersection of hardware, software, and content. Our team supports the engineering and operations functions in sourcing the equipment they need to take breakthrough concepts and deliver them to market at scale.

We are excited to offer a new career development program to grow our RL Hardware team. We are seeking Sourcing Analysts, who are military veterans at all levels to work with a world-class group of researchers, engineers and sourcing managers focused on automated assembly and test equipment for key components, electromechanical subassemblies and fully-integrated devices.

Reporting to a member of the Strategic Sourcing and Management team, you will support Equipment Sourcing team members in implementing our Equipment Sourcing Strategy across our supply chain for VR and AR systems. Military spouses may also apply.
