In Mixed Reality, we have a diverse team of experts with backgrounds in optics, micro- and nanofabrication, materials, integration, automation, and other fields. We develop technology solutions from concept phase to volume readiness. Our inventions and technologies are key enablers for next generations of Mixed Reality hardware devices.
We are looking for a Leader to lead cross-functional engineering teams, to ensure and foster a collaborative culture across the teams and model the company’s values. The role requires a solid technical experience from optics to semiconductor fabrication, ability to lead highly cross-functional teams, strong leadership skills and commitment to diversity and inclusion. In this role you will lead the senior engineering teams to drive state-of-the-art technology development, partner closely with other leaders to drive alignment across the domains and lead key technical projects across Microsoft business units. To succeed in this position, you will need to have a mix of technical and strategic experience with an ability to build, manage and lead strong engineering teams.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience including technical experience and leading and growing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving for operational excellence in R&D and manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and impact without direct power
- Ability to coordinate and influence across organizational boundaries, time zones, and cultures
- Creative mindset with ability to solve complex problems on a timely manner
- Ability to think strategically while being able to keep several projects moving forward in parallel
- Master’s Degree or similar in relevant engineering disciplines
