Reality Labs Research (RLR) brings together a world-class, cross-discipline R&D team with the shared goal of developing the next generation of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies. Our research focuses on developing comprehensive solutions to complex tracking problems and user interface technologies for AR and VR systems. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team of industry-leading researchers and engineers, who are all working towards a common goal of defining the future of AR and VR.

The Eye Tracking (ET) team Reality Labs Research (RLR) is looking for a talented researcher to define and advance the road map for an ET applications research program. As an ET-applications Research Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional research teams at RLR to identify gaps in the eye tracking solutions stack required to accelerate eye-tracking applications research programs. Your work will inform strategy and investment in research partnerships aimed at addressing the identified gaps. You will have an opportunity to drive these engagements through framing of research problems, design of experimental protocols and engagement with the broader academic community through outreach and peer-reviewed research publications.
