We are seeking a Program Management leader to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team of Meta Store in order to help us shape the future of DTC commerce. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across strategy, creative, retail, finance, legal, engineering and supply chain to evaluate and implement our DTC programs across web, retail and social. You will influence the strategy and road maps and direction of the business. You will complete competitive and forward-looking trend analysis, both directly and in partnership with internal and external partners. You will document recommendations and present to cross-functional teams for input and socialization. You will evolve and iterate the strategy as new information is uncovered and decisions are made and drive the strategy through to execution.

We are looking for a motivated team player who is excited about bringing radically innovative technology products to consumers. This person must have a burning bias for action and be eager to roll up their sleeves to get things done. In collaboration with the DTC leadership, cross functional partners and document the direct-to-consumer strategy and play a pivotal role in the execution for Reality Lab products.


BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering or a related field

8+ years of experience in consumer-facing businesses (consulting, retail, consumer goods and/or consumer technology)

Program Leadership experience

Project management experience

Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors

Knowledge of Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides)

Experience producing models and executive presentations


Lead multiple programs cross-functionally to design and implement the DTC programs and create a seamless customer experience

Work with Sales, Operations, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to establish operational processes and tools to deliver products through the DTC channels (eCommerce, Retail, Social Commerce etc.)

Work with Facebook Platform Product teams to develop integrations between our DTC channel and social media platform

Create and define roadmaps by working with internal and external partners

Create and define frame works and process for effective program management and governance at scale

Prepare presentations and clearly communicate progress to leadership and the broader company

Manage and maintain the project/program plan for the on-time design, development and implementation of eCommerce projects

End-to-end planning and hands on execution of UAT phase of programs/projects including cross functional dependency management

Plan and manage the execution of eCommerce campaigns and promos

Plan and drive the execution of eCommerce GTM for product launches, features and associated dependencies in a structured fashion

Lead project team in day-to-day project management activities and meetings, including status updates/reporting, project coordination, managing weekly meeting schedules, drafting meeting agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking and following up on action items Interface with and enable communication between business owners, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drive coordination and on-time task completion

Refine and document project management processes and standards

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

MBA or other relevant graduate degree

Consulting experience at a top-tier firm

Program management experience in a retail, consumer products or consumer technology

Sales or operations experience in consumer hardware, technology or similar product verticals

Strong quantitative analytical skills – excel at analysis to inform strategy development

Proven history of project leadership in a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment
