Summary（岗位介绍）
Facebook AR/VR Display and Optics Group is seeking a capable and dynamic semiconductor Equipment Engineer to join our Pilot Cleanroom facility. Your job will be to support a world-class operation tasked with developing and scaling segment defining components. You will be responsible for executional aspects of a large Pilot facility ensuring the teams have the resources and support available to meet product milestone objectives and support product development. You will be an individual contributor reporting to an equipment engineering process team.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Experience working with robotics and pick and place equipment
Understanding of stepper, servo motor, and encoders related to machine learning
BS Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical engineering or related technical degree
Demonstrated proficiency in collaboration with others to make improvements through experimentation and drive toward standardized methods
Mechanical, electronic, and troubleshooting skills
Communication skills
Proven aptitude of MS Office programs
Proven flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities
Experience working under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
Description（岗位职责）
Ownership of equipment related to back-end fab sector for sustainment of daily operations and development activity
Responsible for performing scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment
Use metrics (Availability, MTBF, Variability) to drive improvement activities on hardware, maintenance, and overall operation
Work closely with team leadership to prioritize job tasks
Work closely with leadership, peers, operators, and engineering teams to deeply understand root cause of failure and use those learnings to continuously improve equipment availability to meet production goals
Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities
Train and support process engineers and technicians
Document all work performed on equipment
Analyze SPC data to improve equipment uptime
