Summary（岗位介绍）
Reality Labs’ mission is to build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. As a Business Operations Manager focused on Technology Investments, you’ll support the organization building future generations of Quest, Portal, and Ray-Ban Stories smart glasses. You will help support strategic growth initiatives across multiple technology engineering teams, working closely with leaders to help them identify and evaluate technology investment opportunities to scale and run the organization effectively. You will work across the Hardware organization, which consists of product and technology engineering teams, and partner with teams in finance, corporate development, product and program management.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of experience in any combination of the following functions: Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Product Management, Engineering, Business Operations, Technical Program Management, or equivalents
Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, advanced skills in Excel
Experience with problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
Experience with communication and creating meaningful content that people connect with
Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects with internal staff and external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders
Experience with thinking strategically and executing methodically, thriving in ambiguity and embracing a fast-changing environment
Description（岗位职责）
You will partner with business leaders to help determine technology investment priority areas and to identify and qualify technology investment opportunities serving engineering objectives.
You will drive operational excellence in technology investments by identifying, creating and executing processes and frameworks that create efficiency, remove obstacles and improve operational metrics.
You will drive technology investment portfolio analytics including ROI, resource needs, risk, diversification and other relevant metrics.
You will invest in relationships with cross-functional partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring our mechanisms and business processes drive higher levels of partnership and collaboration.
You will develop and manage communication including business updates and technology roadmap reviews.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
BA/BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Experience with new technology investment, M&A transactions or end-to-end experience integrating acquisitions into an engineering organization
