At Meta Reality Labs, we’re building devices and experiences that make people feel closer. This includes product groups for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Home & Work, and the Metaverse, along with research and development labs and artificial intelligence teams.

The Creative Director for Reality Labs will be responsible for creating groundbreaking, culture-defining work across all advertising and marketing touch points of VR headset Meta Quest and game studio Beat Game. This candidate will partner with marketers, producers and researchers to develop creative on behalf of Meta Quest and the Beat Games brands (primarily Beat Saber), ensuring a consistent visual language and identity through all touch points. This Individual must have a strong background in Creative Direction and must be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute across film, experiential marketing, social media, web, OOH, and events.

The role will be based in London, UK.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, unstructured environment is critical. This person must be comfortable guiding teams, agencies and/or production partners, but should be willing to roll up their sleeves to do the work when necessary.

8+ years of experience as a Creative Director, building consumer brands.

Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated marketing environment

Experience working with data & insights

Experience overseeing creative teams and/or agencies

Creative Direction experience across the full palette of creative expression: traditional, digital, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media

Communication and presentation skills to build relationships with internal leadership and manage their expectations

Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners

Oversee the strategy and creative direction of consumer facing Meta Quest and Beat Games marketing creative.

Further develop the Meta Quest and Beat Games brands.

Manage development of creative executions across all channels that strongly resonate with a range of audiences while maintaining consistency for the brand.

Partner with creative agencies as well as roll up sleeves to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touch-points.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align on business efforts. Cross-functional teams include: Marketing, comms planning, organic social and influencer, media.
