Community Product Operations plays a critical role in the product life cycle at the Meta company—from ideation and development, to launch, growth, help, and support. We partner closely with product, engineering, data science and other Global Operations teams to improve the user experience and ensure that every product experience is safe, reliable, and supported at scale. We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms.
Meta is looking for a Technical Content Strategist to join the Community Help and Education (CHE) team. CHE creates Help Center content and supports messaging for more than 2 billion people who use products across the Meta family of apps. This role is supporting the Spark AR product team, part of Meta Reality Labs, the augmented reality (AR) platform enabling experiences across applications and current and future hardware. Spark AR is driving the state of the art in Augmented Reality forward with breakthrough work in building an AR platform at scale with hundreds of millions of users. This position is full time and is based in our London, UK office.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
2+ years experience in writing technical documentation, and/or developer outreach for a developer audience or equivalent experience
Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics
Project management experience and ability to work through ambiguity and execute complex projects
Description（岗位职责）
Explain complicated product and technical concepts in simple, jargon-free language using Meta’s voice
Design, write, and edit technical and process documentation, including scripting and API documentation, supporting Spark AR software releases and AR feature and experience launches
Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the quality, discoverability, and accuracy of all the content you create and develop
Create and maintain code sample fragments and sample apps
Undertaking hands-on research to obtain technical content from subject matter experts, translating it into clear, concise, structured documentation
Use data to make decisions that improve Meta’s support experiences and troubleshoot known issues
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently changing deadlines
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
1+ years experience with a programming language such as JavaScript, Objective-C, Java, PHP, Python, etc.
Knowledgeable in data-driven analysis
Experience with authoring tools such as XML, HTML and Markdown
