Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta’s Reality Labs team focuses on delivering Meta’s vision through developing and launching consumer hardware devices. As a Waveguide Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering new cutting-edge technologies to our programs. You will be defining and driving highly complex, cross-functional plans for the new product introductions and you will lead the execution including planning of requirements, managing schedules, identifying and tracking risks and associated mitigations. You will be responsible for communication of program status and risk to program stakeholders. In this role, you will have a major impact on all future products. You will lead multidisciplinary programs through the product development cycle to develop our next hardware products.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
BSc in Engineering field
3+ years experience as a Program Manager (or related engineering role) in the optics or photonics field, in the display industry
Experience with cross-functional programs across hardware and software and early product definition phases
Experience with phase gate approach to technology development projects
Problem-solving and organizational experience
Knowledge of program and issue tracking
Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Communication skills for sharing executive updates as well as detailed plans
Description（岗位职责）
Plan scope and feature set of programs
Create Technical roadmaps for new technology development, with clear milestones and checkpoints to help with decision making
Work with a cross-functional team of System Architects, ME, WG designers, and nanoFAB engineers to set milestones, create integration plans and identify/address potential setbacks, enabling the definition and execution of hardware products
Develop schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs
Manage communication within and between internal engineering and external teams
Effectively communicate program statuses, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies
Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery
Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications and validation plans
Ensure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review
Contribute to resource planning to ensure program success
Up to 20% travel
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
MSc or PhD in optical or other Physics engineering
Experience with SW program management
5+ years experience as a Program Manager (or related engineering role) in the optics or photonics field, preferably in the display industry
Experience with waveguide technology, AR/VR Displays
