The Avatars Art Team is looking for an Art Producer who is passionate about creating cutting-edge Avatar experiences. The Producer will establish and maintain operational procedures, manage art pipelines, scope and provide schedules, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders across the Avatar development space. We are focused on building people-first Avatar experiences. We believe that a person’s digital identity helps define the future of online interaction and we can’t build that future without you.
3+ years of experience in game development, animation, film, or interactive media.
Experience driving the production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with 3D pipelines.
Proven experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.
Experience working cooperatively with artists, engineers, product managers and designers.
Leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills.
Experience with production toolsets (e.g. ShotGrid, Asana, Jira, Trello).
Interest for empowering creative teams to produce results.
Engage with the art and animation teams to define the art and animation components, scope, and goals for key features within our various projects.
Initiate and manage vendor contracts/purchase orders.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals and project requirements for product features.
Establish and create processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothly.
Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing against ambitious targets.
Consistently communicate with cross functional partners in providing schedules and timelines into the overall product development programs.
Partners with PMM, PM, TPM and Outsourcing Art Producer.
Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on visual targets and localized content.
Manage relationships with external vendors and outsource teams for critical milestones, visual targets and content development.
Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning that pertain to Avatar content developed by outsource and internal art teams.
