Every day, you will work alongside expert Research Scientists, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Software Engineers who are creating the technology that will make VR and AR pervasive and universal.
The Health & Safety Manager builds collaborative and productive working relationships; networks with, and appropriately involves operations management, support functions and employees; influences operational decisions; and implements assignments that have an impact on operations in cleanroom labs. They will implement, administer, and sustain site-level safety programs and procedures per company requirements or applicable safety regulatory requirements or in collaboration with the Health & Safety Team. The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for conducting inspections, investigations, risk assessments, incident trending and implementing corrective action.
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to support our growing number of cleanroom research and product development labs and operations. This is key position supporting our growing and complex R&D facilities.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS Degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, occupational health and safety or related field
Communication skills
Experience working with Environmental Health Safety programs in work environments that include semiconductor or electronic manufacturing or research labs
Description（岗位职责）
Provide environmental and safety technical guidance on new and existing process including chemical hazards, equipment safety and process changes
Lead and conduct inspections to ensure regulatory compliance, perform and review risk assessments and lead incident investigations
Serve as emergency response coordinator for incidents including, but not limited to spill response at large quantity generator facility
Supervise all Environmental Health Safety activities across multiple sites
including leading a team of contract workers
Collaborate with a cross functional team in design and building new labs
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal and company standards on all EHS matters
Partner with various departments, including facilities, project management, researchers, hardware engineers, security, and corporate EHS initiatives and maintain positive relationships with cross functional partners
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Masters Degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, health and safety or related field
10+ years experience managing Environmental Health Safety programs in work environments that include semiconductor or electronic manufacturing or research labs
