Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead select Augmented Reality (AR) partnerships. The AR Business Development team grows and nurtures the ecosystem of creators, developers and businesses making and publishing AR content with Spark technology. Through our relationships with platform partners, we support the development of new AR content experiences.
Spark AR is an end-to-end platform that enables a global community of creators and developers to imagine, create and share AR experiences that reach billions of people. Through the Spark AR platform, we aim to discover and fill meaningful human needs with AR that will be a part of this future. The focus of this role will be on partnering closely with leading external companies, our Product Management and Engineering teams to drive opportunities to accelerate growth of the AR ecosystem and advance Meta’s AR capabilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in working on emerging products and is knowledgeable and passionate about AR content. They must have experience effectively collaborating across a diverse organization of engineering, product and business entities to drive results.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
12+ years of experience working in a business development, partnership or equivalent function role with managerial experience
BA/BS Degree
Description（岗位职责）
Create and manage high impact first of its kind business partnerships between Meta and select leading companies to advance the overall AR offering on Meta surfaces
Identify opportunities, drive AR technology innovations and build strong partner relationships
Drive industry collaborations from inception to legal agreements and launch
Manage external and internal cross-functional teams when integrating products or technologies with external partners
Negotiate, execute and manage AR domain related engagements spanning content acquisition, licensing, Machine Learning (ML) model development and creation of a digital twin catalog
