The Mixed Reality “Customer Success Engineering” team is looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Program Manager who has experience bringing products to market and driving customer and business success.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Program Management, Product Management and/or Project Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working through a complete product cycle preferred (from initial design through post-release maintenance).
- A high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Experience with release management, bug triage and tracking release criteria
- Strong written skills and demonstrated ability to draft technical documentation, including release notes
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Job responsibilities:
- Establish processes and improve internal documentation to optimize the rhythm of business, create common understanding and improve communication across Mixed Reality
- Communicate across teams to convert customer pain points and insights into actionable goals that can improve our product and services
- Work with engineering to ensure focus is distributed to the areas that receive the most impact, and product health is maintained
- Develop and participate in validation that serves our enterprise customers to maintain quality
- Update and create documentation focusing on our releases, feedback from CSS, and creating net new content to create clarity and help enterprise customers move towards scale deployment
