In the RL Devices organization, we’re building the next generation of devices and experiences that make people feel closer. This includes Quest, Ray-Ban Stories, and Portal products, AR and VR software and content, and research and development labs. Ideal candidate possesses experience in shipping consumer hardware product to online and brick and mortar channels. As a Fulfillment Operations Manager, you are a system focused, process oriented, adaptive and dependable leader. You will work closely with our worldwide fulfillment partners solving mundane to complex problems. You must excel in a high paced, multi time zone, work environment leveraging your expertise in managing relationships, executing business strategy, optimizing processes and scaling operations.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

BA degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

4+ years of experience in 3pl/4pl operations, logistics, or supply chain.

Experience in inventory management, audit controls or reporting.

Communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in performance improvement, process, re-engineering, cost reduction, supply chain improvement and scaling operations.

Analytical and tech proficient, adept at leveraging software tools such as warehouse management (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Experience with Excel.

Description(岗位职责)

Understand global fulfillment strategy to effectively drive and implement appropriate fulfillment models across all product lines, including product postponement, drop ship, cross dock, direct distribution and other distribution alternatives.

Manage fulfillment and distribution network from order creation to customer delivery.

Contribute to regular business reviews across all 3PLs to align company goals. Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure fulfillment team meets/exceeds performance – order picking accuracy, on time ship/delivery, inventory location control and cycle count accuracy.

Effectively work cross-functionally with fulfillment partners, internal teams and key stakeholders.

Investigate and resolve all order related discrepancies, including root cause analysis and communication to help prevent future issues.

Ensure the timeliness and integrity of all inventory transactions. Own month end inventory reconciliation process.

Continuously improve library of program templates, implementation, and requirement guides.

Drive business system gaps with internal teams to implement new processes or systems.

Identify program risks, problem-solve and implement solutions by coordinating work across partners and cross-functional teams.

Open to travel between primary fulfillment regions including Asia, US and Europe.

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

MBA, MS or MA in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Consulting and/or Engineering.

APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation highly preferred, material requirement planning (MRP) systems, transportation management systems (TMS), BI tools.

Knowledgeable in IATA, CTPAT, TAPA regulations and standards.

Experience in Project, Power Point, Visio and Asana.

Experience working in a Retail organization.
