Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta is seeking an XR Producer to work directly with internal stakeholders to support the XR technical aspects of their live events and media productions. This position is within The Production Group team and part of the Enterprise Engineering organization, so candidates must be passionate about technology, customer service, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of technical event/studio production experience
2+ years experience working within XR production/development
Experience multi-tasking/managing multiple projects in various stages of production under timelines/deadlines
Knowledge of technical production support system architectures
Experience working creatively and effectively in a demanding technical environment and with individuals from diverse backgrounds/points of view
Working knowledge of industry-standard software and hardware
Description（岗位职责）
Provides technical direction for the planning, scheduling, and delivery of XR production services
Applies significant knowledge of XR industry/company trends and developments to improve service to our partners
Advises and provides operational oversight to production vendors and Service Delivery Managers, as well as any outsourced partners
Actively manages partnerships and seeks newly impactful relationships both internally and externally
Easily steps into a multitude of production roles including but not limited to executive producer, technical director, and production manager
Communicates effectively and strategically with larger organization, partners, third party developers, and other XR Producers globally from both technical and non-technical interdisciplinary backgrounds
Oversees operational efficiency and excellence service-wide
Fosters innovation and partnerships to strengthen Meta executive XR support
Owns the technical support lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout support planning and delivery
Communicates and drives Meta standards, creating and defining new standards as technology and scope evolves
Manages technical resources within budget and within schedule – Identify and present relevant data on current product usage and problem areas to propose new opportunities to increase productivity, reduce complexity of toolsets, and reduce cost
Consistently delivers high-quality, highly impactful projects
Manages multiple projects simultaneously from definition through to final delivery
Respond to new inquiries, initiate discovery sessions, and develop plans and proposals
Plan, provide, manage and track all needed services required for a XR Interactive experience including hardware, vendors, direction, editing, sound and specialized support
Funnel learnings back to the development teams in a consistent and digestible manner to continuously improve products
Understand the pipeline of technology options across Reality Labs and future XR technologies
Approach challenges creatively and methodically, identify and resolve risks, problems and conflicts while working with team members (all levels), seeing them through to final resolution
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
3+ years experience working in a project management role
1+ years experience in Cloud/remote production
Experience supporting VIP’s, executives and government officials preferred
Experience interpreting, presenting, and executing on operational data
Experience executive producing high profile, executive, VIP, and C-Level event productions
