Reality Labs is a business of Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook Inc.) that produces virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) hardware and software, including virtual reality headsets such as Quest, and Metaverse platforms such as Horizon Worlds. Reality Labs brings together the brightest cross-disciplinary minds to build tools that help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. This position will involve building and leveraging strong retail relationships between Reality Labs and Amazon in support of the Meta hardware vision. This person will be charged with developing and executing a comprehensive Amazon sales strategy at the retailer level as a subset of the overall organizational vision. The candidate will possess analytical skills and have the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with the Channel Marketing, Category Management, Business Development, and Operations teams to develop new ways we can create the Best In Class discovery to purchase experience for customers.


7+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development for retail accounts

4+ years experience managing Amazon’s vendors or managing Amazon as a retail account

Experience managing workload within timeframes

Negotiation and communication experience in retail & distribution agreements

Knowledge of the market, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape

Proven track record in delivery of sales quotas against business plans

BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field or similar work experience


Define and manage an annual business plan, quarterly business review with Amazon for key activities to be carried out for the business period

Ability to communicate and present business needs and plans to internal/external stakeholders and develop executive relationships with key Amazon stakeholders

Support quarterly MDF allocation and reconciliation process

Review Sell In/Out data to identify new opportunities within existing product ranges

Plan all new product launches in collaboration with marketing and business operations, deliver clear and concise communication and plan to partners to identify and develop business opportunities

Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences by researching and staying abreast of new and innovative solutions and capabilities, key competitor actions, industry trends and emerging customer and market needs

Negotiates and manages trade funds to create customer and company value by consistently measuring and enforcing trade terms and identifying opportunities for improvement

Collaborate and provide retail expertise to other Meta teams

Execute and manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, MAP Policy, Selected Distribution Criteria)

Work closely with Operations to implement a CPFR process with retail and distributor partners

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
